Main Responsibilities
Builds Strong Kohl Sephora Customer Loyalty and Drives Sales Through the Hospitality Mindset
Influence customers by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales – identifies the opportunity to upsell products and services.
Demonstrates credibility to the Customer through knowledge of beauty products and trends.
Inspire customers through product demonstrations and product application to drive sales.
Responsible for excellent merchandise operations, support of merchandise sets, maintenance of testers and cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Supports departmental inventory and pricing management.
Supports visual elements of the store and communicates lost or damaged products/accessories to the Supervisor.
Demonstrate continual curiosity with clients and yourself to learn and expand your knowledge of the beauty industry.

Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, lift (up to 50lbs frequently), climb, carry and reach frequently.
Ability to stand and/walk during a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).
Ability to wear a mask or face shield and other personal protective equipment.
Minimum qualifications
Passionauthentic for beauty
Customer-driven experience in retail or the service industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely.
Naturally curious; desire to learn
