Receiving Clerk-SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY

We are looking for a passionate Receiving Clerk to join our team at Banyan Tree.

As a Receiving clerk you will be responsible for;

• Keeping track of all hotel deliveries
• Assist with maintaining and organizing the hotel’s storage facilities.
• Ensure proper distribution and help in implementing key controls
• Assist various departments in maintaining the highest quality of food and beverage products.
• You are also responsible for handling the receiving process on the hotels procurement system and assist tracking payment for vendors.

Your Experience And Skills Include

• Materials Control and Excel application experience preferred
• Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge and understanding of safe food handling standards and beverage management
• Your team and working environment: Banyan Tree will operate and expand the Ashar luxury camp, embracing the region’s Arabian heritage to blend in seamlessly with the Ashar Valley’s striking natural scenery and stand in the heart of AlUla’s planned “living museum” experience. Situated near AlUla’s signature mirrored Maraya Concert Venue, the camp recently hosted guests of the annual Winter At Tantora cultural festival, elevating visitors’ experiences by connecting them with AlUla’snature, art, and ancestry.
