We’re looking for TCS – Junior Specialist- IT to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

Responsibilities

· Education, training, and presentations to our key Target groups and Sales Teams

· Technical support to Customers and Sales/Marketing/Product Development departments

· Pre-Sales technical assistance to Customers and Sales department

· Technical documents creation

· Claims handling

· Product testing and certification process responsibility

· Coordination of tinting stations maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• High level problem-solving and communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
