The Soft Services Coordinator will be responsible for administering, supervising and managing the delivery of the soft services (Cleaning, maintenance, reception, waste) within the building by the FM service provider. Additionally, the Facilities Coordinator is required to support the Snr Facility Manager in the management of the annual operating budget. Finally, the Facilities Coordinator must ensure that the Service Provider is following the manufacturers requirements for the maintenance of related assets.
Oversee the soft services contractor. Oversee and manage the property specific operating policies and procedures and follow through with enforcement. Prepare and deliver operational performance reports to the Snr Facility Manager as required on a regular basis. Assist the Snr Facility Manager in the development of and compliance with the property’s emergency planning and business resumption plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness. Oversee the provision of health and safety and operational induction with the H&S Coordinator Ensure compliance with the properties’ operational policies and procedures where applicable. Oversee all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures. Motivate the contractors to achieve required standards. Co-ordinate with the appointed fit-out Manager and support the tenant fit-out process Any other technical or operational duties reasonably requested by the Snr Facility Manager
A bachelor’s degree in facilities management or a suitable engineering discipline
Preferred – Certified member of Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM).
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional Soft FM experience, including technical services.
Related experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or other Middle East Countries is required.
Excellent command of both oral and written English is required.
Written and or spoken Arabic would be an advantage
PREFERRED TRAINING AND CERTIFICATES:
Experienced in the operation of CAFM and other digital FM systems.
CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:
The post holder must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. The post holder must also have an understanding of how a business functions, how it earns revenue, and how technology relates to the core competencies of the business.
