BACKGROUND

We are building a national team of White Label partners to facilitate the education of minorities and disadvantaged populations on crucial financial literacy issues affecting access to capital for start-ups and small businesses at an early stage.

Using our turnkey program, as a White Label partner:

· control customer prices .

· checks the customer’s conditions; and

· you manage the customer process.

KEY DUTIES

White Label partners guide enrolled customers through four modules built on an award-winning curriculum developed by the FDIC and promoted by the SBA:

1. Business planning (resulting in business plan compliant with the provider)

2. Credit (to get a credible business credit profile, e.g. PAYDEX score with Dun & Bradstreet)

3. Financial management (including a solid balance sheet and income statement)

4. Banking & Money (including the collection of documents necessary for the client’s loan package)

COMPENSATION

White Label partners establish their own fee structure, but typically they are paid through multiple revenue streams:

1. Refundable deposits for customers enrolling in the Access To Capital program (typically $ 2,500 per customer gross income).

2. Performance fee for each client’s capital increase (typically $ 10,000 of each client’s gross income capital increase); and
