Main Purpose of the Role

To fulfill our ambition to build marketing communities in every country and through this , ensure a strong link with To drive the local anchoring of our OneISS strategy (below brand repositioning), we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Analyst. Our new colleague will strengthen our marketing capabilities and knowledge of local markets hence our ability to provide timely sales support to the commercial sales organization eg research, analysis, preparation of PPT presentations.

The Marketing Coordinator/Analyst will act on behalf of the Brand Group role, Marketing and Customer Success. In this sense, the person will be anchored in local marketing teams and will collaborate with these teams in daily operations, as well as with Group Branding, Marketing and Customer Success.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Global industry marketing support – segment – relevant content creation, industry knowledge reports, sales enablement activities and events
• Industry trends and customer insights – contribute to insight gathering through desktop research
• Segment Marketing and Sales Support – quantitative desktop research, benchmarks and statistics; qualitative work, eg. analysis and assembly of results in MS Office; sales enablement activities
• Support the development and maintenance of the CRM system – to ensure continuous enrichment of customer insights

Professional Qualifications

• Three – five years of experience, preferably working in a worldwide environment (financial/professional, life science or technology industry)
• Excellent analytical skills and highly developed business acumen
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and English writing skills
• degree in business, marketing or communication preferred

Personal Qualifications

• Energetic, motivated to learn, self-directed
• Service with strong Collaborative capability
• Structured approach to solving tasks to ensure meeting deadlines
