Work Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and informative customer service in person and over the phone
• Triage patient needs to the appropriate team
• Answer by multiple phones align, meet customer needs, schedule and confirm appointments
• Track customers against outstanding needs
• Customer check-in and check-out; processing payments
• Make sure the lobby is clean and inviting
