SatisFacts and, a division of Internet Brands, is seeking a Territorial Sales Representative to cover our Midwest territory (MN, WI, MO, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS) .

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for increasing and protecting revenue within their designated region. A Representative’s clients and prospects are companies based in their region. SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings currently have several successful products and services available to the multi-family industry that positively impact resident satisfaction and retention, review content generation and reputation management, resulting in improved NOI and cost per lease lower.

This Representative role is a high visibility individual contributor sales role, reporting to the VP of Sales, who will advise you with new customers, new products for existing customers, and renewals.

Territory Sales Representative will increase revenue in their region by:

– Renewing 85% of existing annual contracts.

– Selling new products and services to an established customer base, increasing our overall value proposition and revenue per unit.

– Sale of products and services to new clients, increasing our participationregional market.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

– 3 years of successful outside sales experience. The multi-family sales experience is a bonus.

– Strong and successful prospecting efforts are required.

– Live in one of the major metropolitan areas in your region.

– Experience/be successful in a remote home office environment (3 years of home office experience is desirable).

– Travel within your region as needed (driving or flying as needed with overnight stays).

– Focus on the customer: Although this position is a purely sales role, everyone in our organization strives to be on our client’s “winning team”.

– Exemplary communication skills with a strong tone of customer service are a must.

– Domain of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),

The Territory Sales Representative receives a competitive base salary and monthly commission for all successful sales efforts. Additionally, this position is eligible for:

– A laptop provided by the company.

– Reimbursement of work-related expenses, including mileage.
