• Direct and supervise employees in the absence of the Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager
• Perform open and close tasks and follow designated procedures
• Ensure an environment safe for all employees and customers, ensuring compliance with security procedures
• Resolve customer complaints in the absence of the site manager and/or assistant manager
• Always be ready to help customers with menu and payment options
• Provide customers with information and Fast Pass Program Benefits
• Guide cars to the track with focused, pleasant, and competent behavior
• Perform visual inspections of each vehicle’s condition before entering the tunnel
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to carry out them daily as needed
• Keep all property immaculately clean and make sure everything is kept in the proper place and tidy
• Keep vacuums clear, hoses hanging correctly and trash cans emptied
• Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner
• Working safely and reporting security issues security or maintenance for management
• Other assigned roles
