Job Location -Crowne Plaza Duqm is 8kms from the town centre and 600kms from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. the hotel offers comprehensive business facilities with interpretation of Omani architecture. This hotel features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the scenic coastline, fully equipped fitness centre with kid’s and adult’s pools, choice for conference and meetings, also features two ballrooms, etc. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be assisting Executive Housekeeper with daily allocations of duties across the team, inspection of guest rooms and public areas, supporting the team operationally and maintaining high standards of hotel cleanliness and productivity. You will also be proactive in implementing new ways of working that will drive productivity and work in partnership with other areas of the Hotel to continuously drive and identify guest experience enhancement opportunities. It will be critical that you support the senior leader to develop the team to create a positive and productive work environment; building, motivating and up-skilling them to ensure they are highly engaged and deliver results.
