Requirements
- Must have have at least 5-10 years’ recent continuous experience servicing rack refrigeration systems – be competent mechanically as well as be competent with controls
- Must be competent working on commercial/Industrial HVAC systems
- Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams
- Must be able to immediately be placed in the on-call rotation
- Must be able to train less-experienced refrigeration technicians
- Must have a Universal EPA license.
- Must have great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
