The Lead Qualification Specialist 2 performs industry and country-specific tele prospecting to uncover sales opportunities through discussions with solution decision makers at organizations. Their responsibility is to determine if an organization is a viable sales opportunity for company’s products and then to appropriately transition that lead to appropriate sales channel to ensure continuous pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
What you will be doing
- Manage lead generation for a singular industry; manage multiple projects or calling campaigns simultaneously
- Follow-up on inbound requests such as web inquiries or information requests from webinar attendees
- Initiate outbound cold calls for lead generation
- Initiate contact with prospects identified by Sales and Marketing at trade shows, conferences and events
- Ability to leverage Digital tools such as, Chat, Video messaging, SMS and power Dialer.
- Ability to create Sequences or Cadences for outbound/inbound prospecting
- Collect and document key contact and qualification information from lead generation initiatives in clear, succinct and actionable format
- Perform research and navigate organizations to identify key contacts
- Work with Marketing Managers and Sales Associates to ensure compliance to and attainment of Marketing and Sales goals
- Update CRM daily with accurate and timely information about new opportunities and existing customers
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Sales or customer service experience
- Tele prospecting experience
- Knowledge of Digital Tools: Video Chat, Power dialers, SF HVS, Outreach, LinkedIn
- Navigator, ABM
- Salesforce proficient
- Experience with ABM
- Experience with CRM systems and/or marketing databases
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
- excellent writing, typing and editing skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
- Good at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
- Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity for technology as well as aptitude
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
