Summary
The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager to be a part of our fantastic Food & Beverage Operations team! We will be hosting a Virtual Job Fair on Wednesday, December 15th. If you are interested in being invited please apply by Tuesday, December 14th.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
The General Manager of Oystercatchers Restaurant manages a single, full-service food and beverage specialty outlet on a daily basis and may coordinate special events.
- Staffing, Scheduling and processing payroll for colleagues
- Hiring and Onboarding of new colleagues and assistant managers
- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
- Training and development of new colleagues and assistant managers
- Holding all colleagues accountable for their performance
- Consistently recognizing colleagues for exceptional performance
- Implementing plans to increase revenues and improve customer service and colleague experience scores
- Consistent visibility in all operations departments
- Ensuring performance evaluations are conducted consistently and effectively
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years experience managing a high volume restaurant.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Wine knowledge preferred.
