In this role, you will:

Impact on the Business / Function

  • Manage the process of information/data collection and consolidation externally from market and internally from various departments to support bank-wide planning of FTE and annual staff cost
  • Monitor HR operating cost throughout the year to ensure all costs within budget and recommend Line Manager of any implications.
  • Provide support in managing HR projects including bank-wide staff engagement activities from the initiation stage, business case preparation, through project deployment to post implementation review to ensure they are fully followed up.
  • Assist to implement the operating model, systems, processes and capabilities to transform HR in Vietnam.
  • Assist in cost controlling for bank-wide initiatives. Effectively control internal and external frauds; Ensure solid understanding and execution of information classification; Monitor bulk customers level data; Conduct annual end user computing assessment; Remind and monitor clear desk policy within HR areas; Be HR’s coordinator of BCP (Business Contingency Plan) to take charge of end to end BCP processes; Be responsible for all system infrastructure and platforms where relevant to HR
  • Operational Risk and Loss Monitoring: Be responsible for managing operational risk and monitoring operational loss; Review and submit HR Operational Risk and Loss data as coordinator for HR; Conduct review of RCA packs for HR.
  • Ensure accuracy in data and information collected and within time bound
  • Ensure all costs are checked against budget.
  • Qualified HR projects coordination and following up.
  • Continuous improvement in quality solutions, services quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Bank-wide initiatives proactively coordinated and within time bound
  • No finding related to Risks Management (including information and security risks, CMP/LGA risks, Operational risks and customer due diligence risks) in any internal/ external/ local/ regional audit review
  • All Risks related mandatory courses are completed within due date
  • Raising alert if HR Vietnam is at risk or does not maintain “Green” status of all Risk categories in Regional’s dashboard


To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR planning and MI
  • Sound knowledge of HR function, policy and procedures
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong data rational and forward thinking ability
  • Good communication and project coordination/ management
  • Good command of English
  • Good teamwork
