Description:
Provide 1: 1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA. The ABA therapist will be responsible for acquiring the skills and behavior reduction plans developed by the BCBA to provide quality therapeutic services to each child.
Responsibility:
- Complete the daily acquisition, maintenance and mastery skills as directed by BCBA
- Collect accurate data on a daily basis
- Complete all data sheets, planning sheets and progress notes every day
- Follow the behavioral plan, the individualized treatment plan and the reinforcement program as prescribed
- Implement teaching strategies and appropriate behavior modification approaches
- Complete all scheduling requests from BCBA and program coordinators in a timely manner
- Maintain patient collector organization and ensure collector is properly stored at the end of each day.
- Keep the center clean and make sure it is always presentable
- Follow Hopebridge’s policies and procedures
- Help provide a safe environment for all patients and staff
- Helping with problem solving to improve efficiency and morale within the clinic
- Portray a positive attitude and maintain a client and co-work level of satisfaction that limits adverse situations or complaints
- Promote Hopebridge’s philosophies, generating team spirit and creating and maintaining an environment that promotes customer satisfactionstaff, maximize productivity and profitability
- Attend weekly meetings and training as required
- Pass RBT proficiency and written exam upon completion of RBT training

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have at least a high school diploma
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification
- Successful completion and maintenance of the service training courseto safety
Favorite skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred (ABA, Behavioral Health, Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, etc.)
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous positive interactions and experience with the pediatric population
Physical demands:
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to position himself autonomously and perform all necessary movements (bending, kneeling, typing on the computer, standing, taking documents from filing cabinets).
- Must have sufficient correct or incorrect vision to perform all duties and responsibilities.
- You must be able to lift and carry the pediatric population (weight between 5 and 50 pounds)
