What’s the role?

In your role as a Credit & Collection Analyst for Hilti, you will be responsible for taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of the company to ensure healthier receivables cycle. You will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained through time to time site visits, timely resolution of complaints, scheduled follow-up, and the recommendation of credit adjustments within defined approval guidelines.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will be required to analyze client records using a variety of different data sets. Based on this analysis you will recommend payment plans while communicating with clients to verify their credit transactions and to resolve their complaints.

As the Credit & Collection Analyst with Hilti, you will be required to control company credit exposures and resolve any issues related to outstanding invoices. Furthermore, you will prepare statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required to ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required and accurate records are maintained.

What You Need Is

• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; license in Law is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collection or accounting roles
• Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in English – written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
• Experience using SAP is advantageous
• Empathy and ability to work with others in a multicultural environment
• High learning agility
