High Street Supply is a B2B wholesaler providing products and services to smoke shops and dispensaries. Our goal is to offer store owners a one-stop shop for all their needs, including the supply of wholesale products (glass tubes and grinders), branded products with their logo, website design and management, services of local marketing and more.
✔️ The location:
We are looking for an outgoing sales representative to be at the forefront of our company driving B2B sales of our products and services .
Your primary goals will be finding and securing new accounts through cold calls, emails and social media contacts.
✔️ What you will sell:
- Wholesale smokers products (pipes, grinders, trays, lighters, bulk cones, vaporizer pens, Hide Bags, etc.)
- Custom Branded (Private Label) Smoking Product Design Services
- Website Design and Maintenance Packages
- I am Additional digital marketing software and services expected to launch this year.
Your main goal will be to promote our wholesale branded products and private label products. Digital services are a secondary priority, or \”upsell\”, for now.
✔️ Responsibility:
- Call, text and email our stocked list (cold and hot) of smoke shops and dispensaries to obtain a retain buyer/owner.
- Maintain customer relationships with regular calls and check-ins to get reorders (recurring commissions).
- Maintain CRM and close deals in a short sales cycle time (typically up to 4 weeks).
✔ Requirements:
- 3 years of recent knowledge on cannabis products
- 3 years of telephone sales experience
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- 2 years of cold calling experience
- 1 year of CRM experience
- E- awareness mail
- Tech-Savvy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Compensation information:
You will receive a monthly basis as well as an initial and recurring commission on the revenues generated and retained.
- Monthly base of $ 3,000
- Differentiated gross commission of 5-10% (initial and reorders)
- Commission of 10-20% on services by upsell
- UNCAPPED Commission!
