Help Desk Support
provide first-level technical support in relation to products and services provided by the company
– manage requests for assistance on hardware or software issues. Requests are managed through a CRM (SalesForce) that automatically organizes requests and divides them by priority, criticality, topic or type of user and allow the Help Desk team to keep track of all the interactions between the company and the customer.
– retrieve all the information necessary to correctly assess the nature of the problem, identify causes and possible solutions. If necessary, intervene with diagnostic and remote connection tools to assist the customer and to verify the correct functioning of the systems and programs.
– relation with the 2nd level Help Desk team for alignments on the status of open tickets
– Italian technical support need to cover from 08:00am to 09:00pm from Monday to Sunday (this working time is expected to be covered only after a complete training period)
Training and knowledge
Diploma in computer/electronic science (it would be appreciated)
Good computer skills
Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) for the ITALIAN Help Desk team
Fluent German and Italian/English (written and spoken) for the GERMAN Help Desk team
Required at least 1 year of experience in technical support
Ability to react promptly to support requests
Analytical and problem solving skills
Listening skills and customer orientation
Good stress management
Predisposition to teamwork
Help Desk team need to work on specific products/equipment which will be provided by the company. This is required in order to check and test our HW/SW and try to replicate potential bugs.
