This is an opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join a high growth start-up who are in the Language Learning sector.
Responsibilities:
- Scale up an inclusive team of engineers in a high growth start-up, while setting a high bar – technical mentorship.
- Creating a culture of innovation are key to success here!
- Mentor team and help them grow professionally – define and nurture a culture of excellence
- The ability to drive the engineering roadmap that achieves top business priorities, while balancing speed and quality
Requirements:
- 5+ Years’ experience in scaling up a language learning company.
- Experience leading a team of at least 15 engineers across products and across eng disciplines (Front End, Back End, DevOps, QA, etc) in a modern SaaS company
- Experience being customer-facing for enterprise customers – you can excite customers about our vision and strength of team
