Job details

You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant marketing channels
  • Sort hot, hot, and cold leads based on your need, budget, and decision-making ability. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads
  • Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales flow
  • Participate in webinars , in-person events, conferences and networking with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities.
  • Understand the pain points that prospects face during communication. Identify if they are looking for specific features
  • Verify competitor products mentioned/used by potential customers and prospects during communication andintention behind its use
  • Interact professionally with potential clients, existing clients, and other company stakeholders through various means of communication
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team and sales to work on tasks relevant to lead generation
  • Cultivate deep product knowledge and understanding to ensure you can effectively communicate product features, use cases, and benefits to potential customers
  • Follow company decorum at all times when representing the organization

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales , preferably for at least 1-2 years
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
