We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide adequate initial and ongoing training. We also have ongoing coaching and guidance once you join our team, whether you work onsite or remotely.

This is a commission-led position with opportunityto earn between 30-80% of your production.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable building relationships on the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality and ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferable but not required
• Constantly carrying out outgoing activities to find clients and candidates
