Assistant Store Manager : Will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including ensuring that store staff provide friendly, open and enthusiastic customer service, in person and over the phone. This includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases and returns. Make sure the store is always clean, well organized and properly marketed and that all policies, procedures and controls are followed. Supervise up to 5 or more Game Advisors by planning, organizing and delegating work. Senior Game Advisor (Shift Leader) – Will assist the store management team in overseeing all store activities, as well as providing friendly and enthusiastic service to customers, in person and over the phone, including response to questions and assistance with product selection, purchase or return. Assist with store merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, restocking, cleaning and store maintenance. Together with the Store and Assistant Manager, he will be responsible for opening and closing the store. GameAdvisor (sales person) : will ensure that customers are welcomed into the sales department, that questions are asked to determine their needs, that recommendations are given to provide the right solutions and GameStop services are explained, such as our incredible Power Up Rewards program. Game Advisors also help with store operations, to include, ensure products are in stock and easy to purchase, process customer transactions, and help provide a clean and organized shopping environment. Job Requirements Qualified Assistant Store Manager candidates will possess the following:

• High school diploma or GED required, some colleges preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old *
• 2 years in retail sales, customer service and/o preferred managerial experience
• Fun and enthusiastic personality … desire to interact with customers and provide an incredible customer experience
• Preferred knowledge of video games

Qualified Senior Game Advisor candidates (Shift Leader) will possess the following:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old *
• Retail and/or management experience preferred
• Entertainment and enthusiastic personality … desire to interact with customers and provide an incredible customer experience
• Game knowledge preferred

Qualified candidates Game Advisor (Sales Employee) will own the following:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old *
• Fun and enthusiastic personality … desire to interactwith customers and provide an incredible customer experience
• Knowledge of video games preferred
