Description/About Freestyle Languages: A culture of participation encourages language acquisition! We aspire to build a sense of community and connection, through a broader vision linked to cultural awareness and language learning. We use and practice language in a relevant social context, based on our innovative multimedia-based curriculum created exclusively by Freestyle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or in the process of obtaining it) in Communication, Business (marketing or honors Plan II/UT)
• Agility with social media: copywriting, cross-marketing and promotion management to drive engagement
• Strong project management skills: goal identification, results tracking/analysis
• Graphic design skills (knowledge of Adobe Suite is an advantage) to help create promotional materials. IT and technology expert
• Flexible hours: Approx. 15 – 25 hours/week (including some afternoons for classes, Saturday ‘coffees’ and other virtual events)
• Strong writing skills (creativity: social media, blogs, newsletters) and attention to detail
• Engaging social, presentation and communication skills (for our frequent engaging events)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND GROWTH POTENTIAL:

• Social media management: plan and publish daily content for our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
• Management and maintenance of mailing lists, websites, Gsheets
• Customer service: answer emails, website chats and phone calls with the templates provided; Zoom support; sending and monitoring surveys
• Business development: identification of (new) potential community partners and ideal target audience
• EventPlanning: coordination of events (internal and external) with students, teachers and talent ; paying special attention during planning to logistics
• Updating the website based on SEO best practices
• Orchestrating team communication, through our project management platform ASANA; Develop skills with various platforms such as Mailchimp, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, WordPress

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Interview now for a 6 month or 1 year commitment with online training
• Interest in culture and languages ​​
• Complimentary language class in French, Italian or Spanish
