About the job

Reporting to Director of Information and Technology, a Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope, to insure 100% delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help to create & manage IT project plans.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
• Help to deliver and install technology solutions
• Help project team with the design and development tasks
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution
• Monitor and manage scope of work.
• Manage all documentation
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
• Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders and sponsors

Competencies

Telecom Engineering Graduate

Two – three years experience in IT.

ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.

Thrives in collaborative environment

Good communications skills, with guest, team and management

Customer-focused.

Well Knowledge of all Four Seasons SOP and tools.
