One of our best clients has reached out for a need for Employee Benefit consultants to come and join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a remote opportunity.
They have their own HR & Benefit platform which is used by companies all over the globe. Due to a huge amount of growth and internal promotions, they are looking to expand across all their teams, making this a very exciting time to join the company.
They are looking for someone who has experience within flexible benefits. You will have knowledge across multiple UK benefits and be able to consult with clients and customers to implement new flexible benefits into the company and bespoke platform. You’ll have a proven track record in presenting to customers and ideally you will come from a company which has its own platform and exposure to implementing this.
In return for your skills and experience you will receive a salary up to £75,000 alongside a fantastic benefits package, as well as work within a culture-first company who values their employees and has clear roadmaps in place to ensure career success.
