First Service Bank, named in Arkansas Best Places to Work in 2020 & 2021, is now accepting applications for a full-time Mortgage Loan Assistant to work in our Mortgage Loan Department in Greenbrier, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing superior customer service and would like to work with a professional team in a dynamic and growing banking environment.

High school diploma or equivalent, banking experience and / or one year or more of experience in administrative support activities, proficient computer skills, (including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook), proficient communicator, detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, & meet deadlines simultaneously, sound judgment, and ability to problem solve are all required.

Experience with Encompass Loan Origination software and knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans is a plus.

Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. It is preferred that applicants live within 20 miles of any First Service Bank branch location or be willing to relocate. This position offers work-from-home half of the time with the other half of the time working in-branch.
