This person stands up for customer happiness, satisfaction, and success through patience, understanding, and both content and technical knowledge. forforYour primary responsibility will be to proactively email or call our participants to ensure continued support and service to successfully complete the course; however, more generally, it will serve as a point of contact for our participants and address their questions and needs related to all aspects of their learning experience on our online learning platform. forforThe Associate must possess professional demeanor and effective communication skills, along with a strong desire to assist in inquiries and maintain ExecOnline’s professional image. forforHours for this position are business hoursUS standard, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. M. At 5 p. M. And it will vary throughout the year based on the ExecOnline program schedule. It will be necessary to work late into the night and early in the morning at times throughout the year. Candidates must be located and authorized to work in the US
for What do we want you to do?

  • Enthusiastically support clients with their course completion needs via email, phone, and web-based tools
  • Contribute to the development of a system to scale and sustain participant retention efforts
  • Provide fast and efficient support to senior program participants, providing quality resolution to different types of customer problems
  • Produce regular reports and quickly escalate more complex issues to appropriate internal team members
  • Document any issues of participant technical or general expertise in designated area
  • Continually strive to improve quality of our support and service, both internally and externally

In this function, you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  • 2 years of customer-related work experience
  • Competing with Salesforce alongside Microsoft and the Google Doc suites
  • Be well versed and comfortable with email and phone etiquette
  • Experience with customer service technologies (for example, Salesforce/ ServiceCloud, RingCentral, etc.)
  • Experience with top-tier executive clients in e-learning, online higher education or software is an asset
  • Reliable access to robust connectivity to broadband internet
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with a global base of executive level participants
  • Willingness to work 15 to 30 hours per week
