Key Responsibilities
Centrally- Managed Integration
Ensuring the management, coordination and central reporting processes of Finance, Accounting, Budget Reporting and Procurement processes centrally
Financial Performance
Creating and executing financial policies in line with the strategy of group companies, regions and, investments, partnerships.
Budget Planning & Reporting
Managing the budget preparation process with full responsibility, monitoring the financial performance of the whole group by synchronizing and following the budgetealizations in each profit centre. Establishing and managing a dynamic, flexible and innovative budget application system.
Tax Planning
Consolidating the balance sheets of all group companies on a quarterly basis, analyzing tax and presenting and implementing planning suggestions to the management,
Receivables Management & Treasury Transactions
Preparing Cash Flow projections, planning financing needs, implementing new practices for collection of receivables and providing financing with suitable conditions for working capital,
Investments & Affiliates Management
Evaluation, realization and follow-up of company acquisition, partnership and investment processes depending on the strategies determined by the senior management
Purchasing & Administrative Works
Performing administrative works and purchasing processes in accordance with the budget for expense control, strict monitoring and management of cost and expense management systematics on the basis of the above principles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Economics, Business Administration or a related field, MBA is a plus
10 + years of progressive work experience in Finance and Accounting of which at least 5 years at leadership level
Fluent in English
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Innovative, problem-solving, entrepreneurial aptitude
Excellent team player with leadership skills
Detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
