Responsibility

It’s nice, but what’s the job?

In short, the Auto Detailer is responsible for monitoring and maintenance monitoring of DriveTime vehicles and their clean and tidy appearance!

For a long time, our detailed associates are responsible for

• Stock of vehicles when they arrive from the auction.
• Prepare and move vehicles to the Refurbishment Center for retail distribution.
• Detail Vehicles – Wash and polish, minor paint touch-ups, vacuum the interior and clean any other additional surfaces.
• Use of cleaning, protective and repairing agents to maintain and improve the appearance of vehicles.
• Carry out inspections and keep complete and accurate records of the condition of the vehicle.
• Identify and complete repairs effectively the first time, to minimize rework and production delays.
• Working in a wayto reduce the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the store due to spills or other preventable dangerous conditions.
• Work with the management of the reconditioning center to repair or reject the inventory based on the estimated cost of repairs and/or the overall quality of the vehicle

The specifications – What do you need?

• High school diploma or GED required.
