We are adding a new role to the team, to support the Sales and Marketing functions in driving audience growth to a potential audience of more than a million sophisticated investors.

From our Barangaroo Studios, we produce around 50 live interviews each day, talking to some of the country’s leading experts across many asset classes including equities, private capital, crypto and alternatives.


  • Supporting native scheduling, posting and amplification across: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube;
  • Publishing and amplifying posts via: 3rd party platforms highly valued ie: Hubspot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc;
  • Publishing, scheduling and optimising content and pages across both custom CMS and open source (WordPress) websites.

Day to Day Delivery:

Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will be responsible for implementing campaigns across social and paid media (GDN, Search) for the ausbiz brand and campaigns for our commercial partners.

  • Own digital marketing delivery and performance to meet KPIs including; CTR, impressions, engagement, shares, views, subscribers.
  • End to end delivery including; Design (Canva), Copywriting, tagging, testing, amplifying and optimising spend and performance against benchmarks and reporting (clients, quarterly reviews and client reporting);
  • Support the relationship with media platforms, media and SEO agency, and tech partnerships across digital and media channels;
  • Manage budgets for both; commercial clients, campaigns and brand, against deliverables and milestones;

About You:

  • You “get” our audience and what makes them tick – business, finance, investing (retail or wholesale)
  • You have pride in delivering within tight timeframes, being accurate (grammatically and factually) with an eye for detail;
  • You enjoy working “the tools” as much as writing strategic plans
  • You enjoy creating and implementing successful campaigns that perform;
  • You enjoy collaborating with teams (collaborations for this role span: Content, Production, Sales, Marketing and Management)
  • You actively look for improvements across: messaging, design, tech, platforms, you come to work armed with new ideas, you seek to challenge the norm, and proactively challenge yourself;
  • You love talking about your marketing programs that have beaten all benchmarks (ideally across business, finance or investing)
  • Your experience will be in publishing/broadcasting, agency, on financial services in-house.
