Work Summary
We are very excited to share this function with our network. This is a permanent position with a large law firm that requires 247 Help Desk support for internal employees. They have different shifts to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 12:00
- 10:30 am PST
300 PM to 130 AM EST OR M-F 1AM
- 9:30 am PST
4:00 am to 12:30 pm EST.

- 45,000 hours of work per year from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, education Responsibilities of high school
Solves complex technical issues at the point of contact Uses customer service skills to effectively support a demanding customer base. Assists with other departmental activities as needed and performs additional roles and responsibilities as assigned. The candidate must also be flexible to work overtime as per necessary qualifications
