Apply through Dice today! forforProvide end-user technical support by phone, email, or web chat Provide restore or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues Respond to end-user issues according to standard procedures Must properly track incidents and calls, including, among others, enter data in the database in a timely and accurate manner. A bachelor’s or vocational courses in IT-related courses is an advantage Minimum of two (2) years completed in college or having completed a Diploma course Certificate Excellent in oral and written communication in English Excellent customer service skills Must meet or exceed consistently required performance Ability and willingness to handle multiple calls per day when needed Familiarity and good working knowledge in troubleshooting PC hardware and software Previous experience in supporting software applications (e.g. Outlook, etc.) is an advantage Previous BPO experience in technical support is an advantageplus Familiarity with the ticketing system, a big plus. You must be willing to work different shifts. Entry-level applications are encouraged. ”
