Provide end user technical support via telephone, email, or web chat. Provide repair or maintenance actions to resolve end user problems. Respond to end-user problems according to standard procedures. It must properly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database in a timely and accurate manner. Bachelor’s or professional degree in IT-related courses is a plus. Minimum of two (2) years completed in college or completed a DiplomaCertificate course. Excellent in oral and written English communication. Excellent customer service skills. Must meet or consistently exceed required performance criteria. Able and willing to answer several calls per day when needed. Familiarity with and good knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Previous experience of supporting software applications (eg. Outlook, etc) is a plus. BPO’s previous experience in technical support is a plus. Familiarity with the ticketing system, a strong plus.be willing to work different shifts. Entry Levels are encouraged to apply. ”
