Associate, Lab Operations Lab Tech 1203706 Scope of Work Objective Our Cambridge-based biotechnology client is opening a donor collection facility in Tempe, Arizona and is looking for Clinical Sample Associates to join the team! This is a high-impact role and part of a team pioneering the new donor materials program through operational excellence. This role will set the pace and lead an innovative, high-performance donor source material program. Primary Work Responsibilities DSM (Donor Source Material) Preparation and Packaging for Shipping Procedures Cleaning and Disinfection Practices DSM Material Handling and Tracking Maintenance of Laboratory Supplies for Handling and Shipping Proper Storage and Labeling Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Ensure samples are prepared in accordance with Handling SOPs from sending samples to multiple locations Calibrating equipment as needed, including scale calibrations Managing materials and associated records throughout the process Scheduling mail picks for shipments, supplier correspondence as required required Receiving and processing critical supplies, including paperwork associated with SOP temperature checks, inventory documentation, and other activities associated with temperature control units (TCUs) RequirementsEmployment Primary Associates or Bachelor of Life Sciences, along with practical laboratory experience 1 year of related experience in a clinical blood donor, from quality control to cGMP regulated environment ndor Preferred experience with plasma, whole blood, or other materials. preferred donors About Stratacuity Whether you are looking to make a career change or simply interested in joining our network, you will appreciate the ethics that guide each member of the Stratacuity team.
