What are you going to do? As a recruiting consultant, your main goals are to develop relationships with clients who have niche technology staffing needs and to find and place highly trained IT professionals in those positions. It’s a sales-driven role where you focus on building strong relationships with clients and candidates. When you enroll, we’ll get you started on the Sales Development Path, our intensive training program that will give you all the sales training and guidance you need to be successful. It will cover business development, client and candidate management, contract negotiation, business-to-business sales and the bestRecruitment practices that allow you to proactively search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, referrals, and our internal database Business Development Find and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities Managing the hiring process Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and closing to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates.
