• Analyse database schema of AX and CRM database
• Develop and generate system reports for business operations
• Lead system projects on all phases of software development from planning, requirements, design, coding/implementation, integration, and deployment
• Manage system incidents and system change requests from users
• Prepare ERP system documentation: User Requirement Collection document, System Design document, and System Architecture document, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) document, and system manual
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in software development and database design using OOP, UML, MVC, and Power BI
• Broad knowledge and experience in IT network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud servers
• Expertise in C# and Microsoft SQL servers
• Ability to solve complex problems in projects under deadlines
• Possess a good working attitude as well as communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English
