  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person, communicate clearly and concisely by tailoring the style to customers.
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star customer experience.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional service to multiple customers at the same time and contributing to the store’s achievement of Five Star Customer Service.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence.
  • Knows when to scale and partner with the leadership team.
  • Prepare for client appointments by reviewing client profiles, their favorites, and preparing fitting rooms.
  • Build relationships by welcoming customers to the store, asking questions and listening to understand expectations and needsof customers.
  • Strives to identify the perfect dress/dress in the first three customer tests.
  • Review the chronological calendar and schedule future appointments that fit the client’s needs; Follow up with clients to remind/establish future sales.
  • Communicate how alterations play an important role in perfecting the dress for your event in partnership with Alterations.
  • Promote all modification services and customization options.
  • Partner with alteration specialists to schedule appointments to customize and fit dresses/gowns.
  • Help the store team achieve a conversion goal of 80% of brides sold to alteration appointments.
  • Make sure proper measurements are taken and entered at each event as needed to order dresses and minimize returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain store standards (cleanliness, organization, promotional preparation) to support a flawless shopping experience.
  • Report any broken or damaged equipment to store management.
  • Maintain a high standard of dress as applied to the Dress Code Policy.
  • Offer David’s Bridal Loyalty and Affiliate Program to support and promote the one-stop shop for all of life’s events.
  • Respond promptly to all customer questions by providing information on products and services.
  • Build relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support all cash wrapping behaviors and process alltransactions with precision so that every customer feels celebrated.
  • Maintain awareness of and follow procedures for special order dresses.
  • Set comeback appointments for the entire wedding party, including the bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and flower girl.
  • Actively supports the store team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Follow all loss prevention and security policies, processes at all times.
