Job Description Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Cushman & Wakefield in one of our recruiting teams:
A successful candidate will be responsible for lifecycle recruitment with a focus on talent sourcing and pipeline. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service with a process improvement mindset and who excels in a fast, professional work environment.
Job description
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple lines of service and disciplines
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including bulletin boards work, membership organizations and personal networking
- Collaborate with the company to create efficient and effective recruiting strategies for urgent procurement, pipeline and inquiries
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates to ensure that candidates meet the minimum qualifications and are organized for C&W Services.
- Stay up to date on new procurement tools, best practices and how the team can best use these recruiting and networking tools
- Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the position, strengthening the values and culture of C&W Services
- Being a C&W Services ambassador to attract the best talentwithin the company
- Proactively build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for critical position and repeat s to ensure that future talent needs are met
- Develop pipeline of talent candidates through sourcing, recruiting campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals and advertising
- Source for multiple searches and simultaneous support from multiple hiring managers
- Assistance in managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence through social media channels
- Assistance with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- BA/BA degree
- 4-6 years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 1 year of previous recruitment in a highly preferred
- The ideal candidate will have experience with recruiting candidates
- Hiring manager influence skills with the ability to understand managers’ hiring needs, make recommendations and educate managers to make the best decision on the best talents
- Competence in the job market; Provide HR partners and hiring managers with detailed insight into job market trends, advise on competitor activity, and provide insight into recruiting in the space.
- Strong sourcing skills with prior experience in developing, presenting and executing diversity sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline
- Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Competencetechnology, including social media and process mapping
- Experience with Workday’s recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Requesting Tracking Systems) is an advantage
- Exceptional skills required for time management, organizational and communication
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information is essential
