Einer unserer wichtigsten Kunden sucht jemanden, der für die Abteilung Technical Services die Verantwortung für die Validierung von Computersystemen (CSV) übernimmt, um sicherzustellen, dass die Validierungsphasen gemäß den globalen und lokalen Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren durchgeführt werden und dass die Validierungsmasterpläne für alle laufenden Projekte auf dem neuesten Stand sind und erstellt werden.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung aller Phasen der Computersystemvalidierung von Produktions- und QC-Laborsystemen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Validierungspläne, FMEA, RTM, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ-Testskripte.
- Vorbereitung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung technischer und GMP-bezogener Dokumentation
- Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und Definition der Anforderungen an elektronische Aufzeichnungen für computergestützte Systeme unter Einhaltung der Vorschriften und Unternehmensstandards
- Validierungsplanung für das Basisgeschäft, einschließlich Interaktion mit den Gruppen IT, Wartungsautomatisierung und Qualitätsbetrieb
- Koordinierung und Beaufsichtigung externer Unterauftragnehmer/Softwarelieferanten
- Operative Bearbeitung von Änderungskontrollen, CAPAs und Nichtkonformitäten im Zusammenhang mit CSV
Wichtigste Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Master-Abschluss in technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Pharma- oder Biotech-Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Validierung von computergestützten Produktionsanlagen (CSV-Kontext)
- Erfahrung in der Validierung von Software- und Hardware-Infrastrukturen (z. B. Server, Netzwerke und Softwaredienste).
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung mit CSV
