Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Location Manager Training Program

WANTED: Bright and energetic BCBAs who imagine themselves running an ABA clinic and managing a team of BCBA and behavioral technicians in the next 1-2 years. Dash is a rapidly expanding ABA service provider seeking to change the landscape of autism therapy in the Midwest. We need you! As we expand, we need strong leadership at each new location. Our goal is to support and train BCBAs to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to oversee the entire clinical program and manage multiple BCBAs. As you progress through our Program Director Training Program, you will be trained to manage all aspects of program administration with the ultimate goal of being accountable for all activities at your location. Our Program Director Training Program provides the opportunity to develop a career well beyond the typical BCBA case load with administrative support from one of Midwest’s most established ABA management teams.
