Summary

Sales Manager for Corporate & Government Market – Based in Cape Town

You will be responsible for handling corporate and government business opportunities for the Hyatt Hotels in South Africa. This involves contracting and closing local and international business, and ensuring that business is turned over properly across all cluster hotels and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. This should be done through the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate and Government sales in hotel industry is required. Superior analytical skills, good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.
