Job Description

Contour Software is looking for an HR/business/commerce graduate to join the team as an HR intern. The person selected must contribute to the fulfillment of Human Resources practices and objectives that provide a culture of high performance and employee-oriented, promoting excellence, integrity and balance between personal and professional life.
Reporting-HR Generalist/HR Manager, and interacting closely with senior HR management, this individual should help manage HR services for one office, while acting as a backup for any requirements for other office locations. , as and when necessary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR leadership team to constantly maintain and refine all elements of an exceptional organizational culture while serving business units and cultures as diverse as Constellation can possess.
  • Recruitment:
    • Run recruitment cycles, actively participating from the collection of resumes, participating in lists, scheduling interviews and keeping records and artifacts of interviews and candidate profiles.
    • Help administer the employee referral program, participate in on-campus recruiting, etc.
  • Compliance with company policies: Incorporate knowledge of company policies as a backup reference for employees.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Act as a backup subject matter expert to enable facilitation related to employee benefits.
  • Execution of social and entertainment agenda: help the HR team in coordinating and executing the company’s events. Facilitate and help increase employee participation.
  • HRMS Administration: Act as a power user of the system, ensuring accurate and timely record maintenance.
  • Attendance and License Record Keeping: Assist in ensuring accurate and timely record keeping. Actas a backup feature to perform record keeping in the absence of team members.
  • Personnel Record Keeping Management: Assist the HR Administrator/Assistant HR Manager in collecting and maintaining up-to-date information in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Be the helpful, welcoming and positive face of the company to all employees.
  • Assist in the overall HR function in all offices, in accordance with departmental SOPs.

SkillsRequired

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Stress and time management skills.
  • Confidence and influence, including the ability to address groups of people.
  • Ability to maintain data confidentiality .
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
  • Ms-Office: Especially strong skills in spreadsheets, for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with various HR management systems is preferable.
