職責/职责
- Communications with outside organization or other department of customers’ invoicing.
- Re-search and re-sent the mailing of the invoice.
- Checks the accuracy of data.
- Reviews the status of delinquent accounts and initiates collection action contacting each account according to due date.
- Communicates with customers, employees, and other constituents to assist in finance matters in the area served.
- Performs other duties as directed.
資歷/资历
- University graduated and majored in related fields such as accounting, business administration.
- Work experience in customer services or c redit & c ollection is a plus
- Able to handle documents with patience and carefulness
- Proficient Chinese & English
