- First point of contact for requests received from high-income customers via e-mail or telephone channel
- Responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining the appropriate management and resolution of inquiries

- Requests consist of treasury products, cash management, cards and/or deposit
- May work with internal business partners to provide solutions to customer inquiries, problems and/or technical support
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to requests received by email or phone
- Provides resolution for requests received by phone or email
- Continuously interact and deepen relationships with internal business partners and customers to further improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct limited research and respond to customer and be able to answer questions and requests
- Use various banking systems to support customer inquiries.
Required skills
- 1 year of experience working with clients.
- 1 year of experience in handling difficult situations with clients.
- Intermediate competence (1-3 years of experience) in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communication
- Easy to receive feedback and coaching on ongoing performance.
- Skills to interact with customers, start a conversation, build rapport and handle objections.
- Convenient to receiveongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Convenient in continuous change and learning new technologies/processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries.
- Ability to deliver a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
- At least an intermediate skill in computer skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer.
