The ideal applicant will have high volume call/contact center experience and a passion for success. If you are analytical, organized, self-directed, and excel at investigating various areas of call center operations and have a reputation for proactively presenting your findings to senior leaders, we want to speak with you. forforPart of the driver assistance team on the front lines of managing customer expectations, calming nerves and providing general support to our riders as they join us on this journey to safer and more comfortable transportation. forforResponsible for responding to customer contacts through phone, email and chat channels, providing advice fortroubleshooting and ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with this new technology
forExperience and skill
for0 to 2 years of experience in customer service. Experience is preferred for a carpool service/car company. forforBasic technical knowledge about problem solving
forExperience/knowledge to answer incoming travel related phone calls
forAbility to coordinate and work with emergency response teams for emergency-based assistance
forInform customers of troubleshooting steps for travel reservations and payment assistance

forProvide guidance and assistance to our drivers by phone, chat and email
forWrite thoughtful and concise messages that align with your voice on all channels
forMonitor passenger interactions through visual and audio cues in our internal tools
forRaise issues that arise during problem solving with team leaders
forMonitor user interactions and prioritize inquiries through our internal CRM system
forMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of autonomous driving technology, our service and M
forMessaging completing new trainings and knowledge checks in a timely manner
forWork in urgent situations under pressure in a user-centered environment
forMeet internal metrics like quality, performance SLAs, and change compliance
