Classic Veils is a bridal veil company founded in 2013 with a vision to revolutionize the bridal veil industry by offering high quality customizable bridal veil designs online at an affordable price and providing the best customer service possible.
Now we are looking for someone to join the team and help us grow. At the moment, this is a completely remote part-time position (20 hours a week) and requires you to be available during normal business hours during the day (North American time).
REQUIREMENTS:
– Passionate about the bridal industry – you do not need to have extensive knowledge of it, but you must love working with future brides
– Experience in fashion or have knowledge of and/or experience with the world of fashion
– Do you have some knowledge or are interested in learning about the world of e-commerce
– Customer service experience – know your way with people and understand that each client deserves your full attention and dedication
– customer first mindset: understand the value of a customer to a company
– professional but friendly attitude: some brides may feel overwhelmed with the entire wedding planning process (especially when choosing a veil) and it is up to you to listen, direct and assist them in the best possible way
– Great attention to detail and organization
– Communication skills: is efficient, effective and knows how to communicate clearly s in leaving room for confusion and misunderstandings
– Entrepreneurial personality to do things without excessive supervision and monitoring by supervisors
Hourly rate: $ 14- $ 15 with potential for growth as we scale the business
