About the function

• As a store manager, your primary area of ​​responsibilities will be: Sales and Profit – Achieving store goals through increased sales and more
• Sales and Profit: Achieving Store Goals by Increasing Sales

• Store Operations: Keeping the Store Running Smoothly
• Commerciality: Ensuring that your store is well marketed and commercially correct
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, managing and providing direction and development to ensure your team is challenged and reached results
• Ear piercing (you will receive full training)

About you

• High School Diploma or mandatory equivalent
• 1-2 years retail management experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good math understanding and strong reading comprehension skills
• Understands the importance of Customer Service
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically resolve issues
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25lbs regularly and up to 75lbs occasionally
• Flexing, leaning, extending reach, climbing stairs and stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
• Ability to operate the POS system
