for About the function
for As a sales associate at Claire’s, you will be responsible for:

• Support your store manager and assistant store manager with achieving retail store goals by driving sales
• Delivering sales through a service customer friendly and efficient
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrating Claire’s products
• Assisting customers with their inquiries using your product knowledge
• Assist with in-store delivery processing, visual merchandising, inventory, sales and promotions
• Ear piercing (will receive full training)
• Ensuring that the store looks presentable and attractive to our customers

About you

• Some high school required
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Understands the importance of customer service
• Strong math understanding and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Crouch, stoop, extend reach, climb stairs and stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and helping Customers
• Ability to operate the POS system
