Overview Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health care services for the Arizona Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full time medical records clerk to join our team at the Arizona State Prison Complex – Lewis located in Buckeye, Arizona. Responsibilities The medical records clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining inmate health records, responding to health record requests, and performing administrative duties. Works closely with healthcare staff to ensure the maintenance and accountability of offenders’ health records to support continuity of care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of medical office experience preferred. Current CPR certification.
