- Document that describes the board’s relationship with your organization, including its role, responsibilities, and structure
- Document that defines the roles and responsibilities of individual board members , including empty seats if applicable
Additional details
Our Board of 6 is one year old, very new. Our Board looks forward to providing the rest of the organization with anti-oppressive, grassroots, and mission-based leadership.
